CTWO is one of a few factory that can from GL steel into fence or noise barrier form. Because the basic property of GL steel is too strong to easily handle, it cannot be formed with normal machines. However CTWO forming line can produce GL steel into fence from up to 1.2mm thickness and provide the item to global partners.
One of the key feature of GL steel is its paintability.
Because of organic coating, powder color coating is not faded or decolorized easily and keeps own color.

CTWO steel noise barrier is composed of GL steel
which is well known as Alu-Zinc Coated Steel or Galvalume steel.
120% coating consists of 55% Aluminum 43.4% Zinc, 1.6% Silicon
allows panels to persist its best condition for long time.
Corrosion Test (Outdoor Exposure Test)
Galvanized steel is subjected to a continuous rate of corrosion, whereas the corrosion of GL tends to slow down over time. This outstanding corrosion resistance is attributed to the anti-corrosion properties in the coated layer.
